This is one of my male characters, I thought that I would draw him since I haven't been drawing a lot of my male characters. This is Elias "Reignas" Reign, Team Leader of Cypher Team and Second in command of TEMSOC. This was draw in Manga Studio 5

Attributes: Elias is the big brains of the group. However, that isn’t to say that the others aren’t smart as well. Elias is a geneticist and knows Zeniths well. Because of this, he is able to quickly come up with ways to stop a rogue zenith. He is also trained in hand to hand combat. Something that he went through at a young age as both his parents were well known heroes. As an adult, he was trained even more by his cousin Sanjera, in Taijitsu and Jiujitsu. Both of his parents were Phenosapiens so his powers are inherent. However, they are different from his parents. Elias is also skilled in bladed and projectile combat. As part of his powers are the ability to create kinetic based constructs to fight the enemy with. 

Primary Weapons: Elias is a living weapon. His powers allow him to be one of the most dangerous individuals on the face of the earth. Its hard to attack him and his attackers usually have to out think him to beat him and that is something that’s hard to do as he thinks, usually, 10-12 moves ahead of those that he fights. Elias has the ability to absorb energy and with that, he is capable of releasing it how he sees fit. He can release that energy as an energy beam, a kinetic weapon and protection for others that are on his team. He can also, cover his hands and feet in the energy making his attacks strong enough to level Mountains. The trick is, his power varies. It is all based off the person he fights. If the person he is fighting is weak, his attacks will be weak but, they will be stronger than the person that he is fighting because a latent ability in his powers allows him to amplify the attack that he absorbs up to 10x’s more, but it varies on if he thinks that level is needed (If the person he is fighting should be slapped with with energy 10x's stronger than their own). The same goes for if he is fighting someone that’s 10x’s stronger than him. He literally has the ability to be 10x’s stronger than that person. Which will force that person to out think him, to beat him. Something that’s easier said than done. His absorption rate is unknown. He knows and the information that he puts into his files incredibly down plays where he really is.

Short Bio: Elias was born to two globally known heroes. His parents assisted in some of the major wars, fighting on the side of the United States. His parents were also thought to have been two of the originators of TEMPLE. Even though Elias had the perfect parents and dreamed to follow in their foot steps, he was orphaned early. Left to grow up with his grandmother. His parents went on a mission with an American Special Ops unit and supposedly died on the mission. The other members of that unit made it home safely. His parents were rewarded as heroes as the story told was that they sacrificed their lives to make sure that the non-zenith members of the team would make it home safely. At a young age, Elias knew that was a lie. Elias grew up with a mind of finding out what happened to his parents. His powers manifested when he was 10 and in the zenith community, this was known as a late bloomer. Elias was a smart kid and even though he had his heartaches, he managed to make straight A’s all throughout school. From there he went on to go to college and while in college he decided to major and specialize in genetics. This was something that he felt was needed since Americas relationship with Phenosapiens/Zeniths were wavering. Because America had the ears of other countries, their relationships were wavering in those countries as well. He felt that if he could help them understand his kind more, it would strengthen the relationship. He eventually graduated and later obtained his Ph.D. From there he began to work with the Pentagon and started his stride to help the American Government understand his kind. While he thought that he was making a difference, he soon realized that America didn’t care to live amongst the zenith population in peace but instead wanted to find a way to permanently suppress the Pheno-gene and possibly kill them if need be. When Elias found this out, he went to the leaders of TEMPLE and informed them. From there he wrote a bill that was passed that allowed for TEMPLE to track their own kind as well as take responsibility for their own kind by forming a Registration Act. Simply put, it was a way to keep an eye on their people. This was brought up as Zenith all over the world were disappearing and then turning up dead. Elias knew that it was the government. He was eventually recruited into The Angels of Anarchy, a unit created by TEMPLE to protect their own kind and protect those that were weaker than them, humans. When The Angels of Anarchy went rogue, they asked Elias to follow suit. He denied them and then became a member of the counter team, the TEMPLE Black Lions, that later became Cypher Team. Even though Elias knew that the American government was dark, like other governments. He didn’t want to wipe them all out, which was the plan that The AOA had. He, had other plans.
