So, I have been gone from my Deviant Art account...for A LONG TIME. I'm not even sure if I still have the same friends on here as before, LOL.
My absence hasn't been all bad, and not all good either, if that makes sense.

So a quick catch up!
I think since my last actual post, I am fully out of the military now (13 years in, glad to be done). 
My career in IT has been going great! Can't complain in the least.
I have finished my Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration on Business Development and now I'm working on my MBA in Marketing.

Finally.............................
I have completed about 4 titles/5 comics in my comic book universe, LOL. Yea, that hasn't stopped in the least bit. So, Cypher Team, is a reality now, as well as Ayanmo Stigmata, Orisha EXOS and STARS. Soon to follow will be TEMPLE High, once Cypher Team i02 has been finished. Also, I am kicking off the highly anticipated SoveReign BLAVK...something that I have had in the works for a little over a year now, with its first title Omen...which is also in the works.

SO, where have I been? Instagram (Instagram.com/sovereigncomics)! I've been posting weekly, sometimes daily, up there because I have found it a lot easier to post. Between posting to IG or Twitter and writing stories, inking comics, editing comics, lettering comics and developing characters, as well as the other stuff that I mentioned, I have neglected DA.

I apologize for that and, I will fix that.

I would like to post things that have been going on, I would like to post some of the pages and art work and I'm planning to get into that this week. Maybe make Saturdays my post days for DA. Just a way to keep folks in the know, if still interested...because, SoveReign Comics is making moves. We are on Comixology, Comix Central and have prints (Cypher Team i01 is being restocked and other titles will follow) Its, NOT AT ALL, a failed indie comic book publishing company.

So, in short, we're back and I plan to liven this page up...A LOT!

Well, I'm here…never really left. Sorta speak, lol. I've been drawing and working to get my skills better. However, I did a lot of planning in August, which is one of the reasons why I didn't do a journal post. Never Fear! It was good planning. Planning for cons in 2015 as I'm looking to make that my year to step into the con scene with booths and what have you. Planning to POD, myself…cut out the middle man *shrugs* heavy work but, my goal is to sale comics priced at about the same as the big three…selling my comics (i'm still a no name) for anything between $5-7 is a no go for me, personally (Which is what I would have to sale for to see revenue if I went through Ka-Blam and the likes. I've done the math and the logic…I'd lose money and then SoveReign Comics would disintegrate.) Other than that, I've been working as well as creating a commission sheet. I think that I will post that here, eventually. I just don't know if anyone would want to commission me, lol. Well, I hope all the creation and works for everyone else is going well. I know a lot of you are facing some hard times and I wish you the best with all of that.

So, as social media is on the rise, or rather...taking over all faucets of life (has been for years now). I've been getting more into it and joined the bandwagon so that I could post my art on other avenues as well as DA. It gets me out there and more times than none, there are pieces of my work that are on one of these other sites that are not here on DA. So, you can once in a while see the art as it comes along before finished state or just art that I won't or haven't posted here. If any of you are interested, you can follow me on those sites to keep up with art and news and my life...however interesting that may be.
